Our Story

Sound of Text was originally pioneered by NC Pierson as an open-source project, and has grown through the Soundtext.org community into one of the most accessible TTS tools on the web. The Sound of Text Com mobile application, developed by Appz, extends this mission to Android devices with advanced features like 1-step auto-translation, bulk text import, and audio file merging.
